Hi Gabrielle,
We apologize for the trouble with your order.
It is very likely that your order was canceled because we do not offer shipping to the specific delivery location chosen. We usually try to notify customers of this right away via email or WhatsApp.
We are truly sorry if our team missed your message or if there was a delay in getting back to you. Please send us a direct message with your order details so we can investigate and assist you further. Thank you for your understanding!
They are very professional, and everything always arrives quickly and in excellent condition. This is a trustworthy online store that you can rely on.
