They damaged our shipment, refused to honor the claim, and used delaying and burdensome tactics in an apparent attempt to reduce the amount they would have to pay after multiple contacts for claim.

I am very happy with the whole process start to finish. I did everything online. They sent updates for pick up, in route and delivery. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

This is for Road Runner eyes only. I would rate my experience a 1 were it not for Anthony. The subcontractor driver violated the contract; against my wishes picked up the car on the wrong day and delivered it on the wrong day; and despite Turn Key directions the car was delivered when a skeleton crew was on duty at the destination. After the fact, anthony was very helpful. I would have appreciated some small refund, however

Eric quoted me $1800 and told me that my other quote of $1350 was going to blow up in my face. He laughed when I asked to match that price. Needless to say the $1350 quote from another company went very smooth and the car was delivered in 6 days from NV-IN. Rude customer service is not the way to win business. Be Humble next time.

1. Last minute notice of price increase; approximately 1.5 hrs before pickup. 2. Rude caller informing of increased cost, stated that company I contacted is only a broker and can't guarantee prices...this was not discussed during scheduling transport for vehicle. 3. No receipt or contact information for company transporting the vehicle. 4. Damage to personal property, solar light, without any acknowledgement from driver, until after drop off once brought to his attention. 5. Overall very poor customer service and experience.

Regarding the rate adjustment, there are times when increased demand around a customer's preferred shipment dates can result in limited carrier availability. In those situations, customers may choose to proceed with an optional rate increase to help secure a carrier sooner, wait until additional carriers become available, or cancel the order at no charge. We also apologize for the damage to your solar light. As discussed, we issued a $50 refund to help offset the cost of the damaged item. Best experience. I originally signed with another company a month in advance of shipping. On the day they were supposed to come they still had not found a driver. Naturally I was very unhappy. A little later they called and said they could get me a driver but it would cost $105 more. No way. I called Road runner. They came and picked up my car the very next day and delivered it the following day directly to my son's driveway. WOW! That was impressive.
