Oh I’ve been with Robinhood since…
Oh I’ve been with Robinhood since almost the beginning. I’ve seen it grow and expand. Very happy with what I’ve seen so far. If I had to pick one thing I wish they would do ( like my E*trade account) is to have live personnel to speak with for trading help or questions on/with my account. But I figure E*trade has been out for many decades; and Robinhood will one day get there. I’m with you guys long term.
My only thought is the gold credit card…
My only thought is the gold credit card transactions should post quicker on the and there should be a running balance under each transactions as well as total and pending balance. The total balance should always include the pending balance.

Being new to trading, I find pertinent information is easy to find for learning, expanding my knowledge and success.

Do not like the stock trading platform. Would like positions listed in a table with customizable informational columns.
Lack of experienced personnel
For nearly a week I have been having issues transferring crypto. I have been on and off with your support staff both on a live call and chat sessions. Every time I am told my case would be transferred up to someone higher up that could resolve the problem. Every time I have to call or chat in a few days and ask what the status is. I have to repeat my same problems over again and the endless loop starts over again that they will refer my case to someone else
I deposited a check online and it says…
I deposited a check online and it says deposit failed. I tried to contact support and it just gives me generic information. I have no direction and dont know how to proceed. Secondly something happened and my crypto is unstaked and it says im ineligible now, again i have no idea why and dont no how to proceed. I have been really impressed with everything Robinhood has done until now.. i am very disappointed in the whole operation and beginning to rethink my choices

It is taking to long to roll out…
It is taking to long to roll out features like dividend Tracker to all accounts. Had my account longer than some friends who already have access to newer features.
Robinhood is OK
Robinhood is OK. Didn't like what they did with AMC and Gamestop. I'd like to be able to buy shorts and stocks at the same time. Giveaways are nice and I even won but it got lost in the mail or something, never showed up. Other than that, everything has been pretty good. Gold membership is a great deal too.
Give your users the experience they need
I'm writing a SECOND time because still nothing has been done. There is a problem with the Main tab screen of my Robinhood app. There is a 'Portfolio Digest' and 'Top Movers' horizontal banner that keeps oscillating wildly from left to right, causing a severe visual distraction. I want to be able to hide this banner or move it to another one of the 5 tabs. I have contacted Robinhood support about this important issue and still nothing has been done. I want to emphasize that this issue has an EASY FIX. Simply add a 'Show/Hide' feature for this oscillating horizontal cards banner, OR add a feature in settings that allows you to enable or disable it, or move it to a different tab in the app.
Robinhood is Great
Robinhood is easy to use, the interest rate on my cash from my Gold account it pretty good, and anytime I have needed to remove money I get it very quickly.

Robinhood is a great brokerage with good customer service.
They are a good brokerage with genuine leadership that’s innovative and truly cares for their clients. They have good customer service and the best user interface for trading stocks from a mobile phone and by far the best options trading layout out there. The gold membership perks are well worth the small yearly fee and their good credit card is by far my favorite credit card I’ve ever had. Even though I am net negative in investments, I still rate Robinhood as excellent and would use them again and recommend them to any friends that bring up the subject of investing.
Love the platform
Love the platform, gold card, and banking. The UI is a bit cluttered, should only show the positions I hold and nothing else (crypto, prediction market, etc.) Would be awesome if the bank and trading apps are combined.

The robinhood banking experience is horrible. The banking app is not very user friendly. Transferring money to the savings account takes longer than what the expected completion date tells you. Also, other digital banking services offer 24/7 live agents
There’s a bug in web version
There’s a bug in web version. When the time hits 12 midnight, all the percentages change point to 0.00 all the time until the page is refreshed. I believe, sockets or API calls aren’t being refreshed.
Robinhood = top notch investing tool
Robinhood is a top notch tool for getting investing done - from traditional investments to crypto. I'm even a fan of the prediction market, of late. Big kudos.

I really enjoy using the Robinhood for investing. My one request would be for a gift shop on the site. It would be fun to roll a big win into a bar of gold or some ai glasses.
