Ok , best experience I have had with any app , I have tried many , truly best all around app , with everything combined into one place, the only bad experience was applying for gold card, it literally took over 1 year to get gold card after I applied, other then that no complaints, I think it would be better to just deny someone and tell them to try again later, then to leave them hanging! Keep up the good work ! I have had many friends sign up for Robinhood, after just showing them how it works , when sitting around watching football games
Just read the chats from this morning. A comedy of confusion after help articles, Robinhood AI and four different representatives finally got to my simple request, mostly with me figuring it out vs. them.
We are off to a terrible start, but I'll keep trying and figuring out the over complex ways of doing business. Four apps doing different things is at the root of the problem, between website, Chromebook app, Banking and Brokerage apps on cel phone, I am very concerned about security and another stressful time trying to do business.

Absolutely love Robinhood for all the features their trading platform offers, including crypto and wallets, and a great banking app. New things just keep getting added all the time and I love that. It's also been the easiest to discover and learn about more advanced trading options. And by far the best customer service I've experienced from any financial institution.

Robinhood Has Really Stepped Up Its Game
I've used Robinhood for quite a while and the platform has honestly come a long way. They are finally stepping up and giving me the actual data I need to make better decisions on my trades. It still has that simple easy-to-use interface that drew me in originally. But now it packs a lot more punch for researching investments and managing everything.
They added so many new tools recently that I haven't even had time to try them all out yet. It feels like one of the better platforms out there right now if you want to trade stocks, options and crypto all from the exact same account. There are still several of the newer features I need to spend more time with, but I really like the direction Robinhood is heading.

Total returns including dividends need to be included and yield on cost. Also, real time activity reports are needed. We shouldn't have to wait hours to generate that information.

Trading is very easy on Robinhood
Trading is very easy on Robinhood. I've been trading stocks and crypto and the selection on available investments is vast. I've never had an issue with the site. Deposits and withdrawals are smooth.
Now I know why it's called Robinhood-they rob people. I was told there was a unauthorized withdrawal from my account and not to worry, Robinhood would make it right. They froze the account so I can't even get the virtual assistant to work and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone in this company. I get phone calls but I can't tell if they are the scammers or Robinhood. Their security sucks and the customer service is nonexistent.

Locked Crypto Account
They can improve by treating customers fairly and legally. They have frozen my accounts for over 1 year without explanation. Attempts to resolve the issue have been met with an inept Customer Service team and continued poor responses to inquiries.
The apps are easy to navigate. The platform provides a lot of investment option and good even for those starting to invest. I wish the credit card rewards had more valuable redemption options that applies 1:1.

Growing ecosystem.
This app has started becoming a lot more of an ecosystem.
I really like the banking, the credit card, the new views (crypto, assets, agentic, retirement, etc).
Dividend tracker is a great touch.
However, customer service still seems like an iffy (very different feeling versus some other brokerages like fidelity). I like to move all towards robinhood, but this one aspect makes me hesitate.
Easy to use, one stop shop for all your financial needs. The rate on the checking account can be a little higher elsewhere (like Wealthfront), and the fact that they make you line-up for the gold card is kind on ridiculous (come-on guys we aren't in Highschool anymore).

I need to talk to a representative…
I need to talk to a representative about my credit card. There is no contact phone number that works. I have unauthorized charges that has over charged my card. I need it replaced!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had 704-813-2620.
SUPER GRATEFUL FOR BETTER FILLS! That has been the single greatest change Robinhood has made. Secondly being able to earn apy on cash secured puts is a game changer! What made it a 4 star instead of 5, if we could get apy on cash secured puts in the IRA like Fidelity, I would transfer my retirement in! Also if you could create walk limit orders like Schwab, that would be amazing!

Robinhood makes finances easy
Robinhood makes it easy to purchase and manage investments for my portfolio, provides a good credit card and great banking services.
I absolutely loooove Robinhood. It’s the only credit card I use. I love the company, how easy it is to get help, the interface, ALL OF IT! I’d give it 5 Stars if I had access to the debit card portion of Robinhood, just gotta wait :)
