Im letzten Jahr hat sich RoboUp viel…

Im letzten Jahr hat sich RoboUp viel Mühe gegeben und ich war wirklich erstaunt von dem Support, trotz allen Schwierigkeiten die von Anfang an bestanden, hatte sich RoboUp Mühe gegeben, um mich als Kunde zufriedenzustellen. Im letzten Jahr hatte ich auch persönlich Besuch von RoboUp, aber viel verbessert wurde nichts. Von Kalibrierungsproblemen + RTK ausfällen, unnötigen Updates, die mein Gerät zerschossen haben, obwohl der Roboter wirklich gut gelaufen ist (bis zu dem Zeitpunkt dieser dummen updates), habe ich meine Zeit unnötig verschwendet. Von Anfang an existierten Fehler und ich hatte viel ärger mit beiden Geräten und nach all dem würde ich nie wieder ein Gerät dieser Firma kaufen.

Roboup T1200pro

Ich hatte meinen ersten Roboup (T600) von kickstarter für ungefähr 10 Monate, als ich mich entschied, auf den T1200pro aufzurüsten. Der T600 wurde dann bei einem Nachbarn, der einen viel kleineren Garten hat, eingesetzt. Er funktionierte gut und der Rasen sieht jetzt viel besser aus als in den ‚alten Zeiten‘ mit dem traditionellen Mäher wegen des 2-Tage-Mähplans. Das war der Plan: nicht mehr selbst zu mähen. Wir hatten ein Problem mit einem OTA-Update. Aber die Service-Leute von Roboup haben schnell auf meine E-Mail geantwortet, und das Problem wurde gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich bin mit dem Produkt und dem Service zufrieden und wenn ich gefragt werde, ob ich es wieder kaufen würde, kann ich nur ja sagen.
