Miguel was a pleasure to work with as he walked me through multiple options and was patient the entire time, when the suggested options failed he accepted my request to have him manually restore my database backup due to the constrictions on my end and kept me updated the whole way through. I appreciate his patience and expertise in resolving what could have been a catastrophic loss. I am very grateful for both Rocketnode's service and continues excellence when it comes to support.
