Had a great experience with Sherry and Roen. We were looking for a quite specific diamond and she was able to procure multiple that fit our criteria! The process was simple, personal, and we felt in control of the entire process. And we now have the most beautiful ring. Would definitely recommend Roen to others!
After researching a number of jewelers, I chose ROEN for my now fiancée's engagement ring because of their absolute attention to detail, superb craftsmanship, and accommodating service. We fell in love with the Helen Milgrain Solitaire setting but knew early on that we wanted some changes in the design to fit her preferences. I started their Bespoke service on 1/22/2026 and Alicia helped me all along the way. She and the team are so kind and listened to everything I had to say all throughout. The entire process was very streamlined and the team is super knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to select a few stones for me and I went ahead with their recommendation, which ended up being absolute eye candy and had that exact crushed ice style that my fiancée wanted. The setting features all of the design choices we wanted to incorporate including modifications to the original design, engravings, and additional gemstones. I took delivery of the ring on 3/11/2026, taking about 7 weeks start to delivery. This timeline was actually faster than the 8-12 week estimate they initially provided, as I mentioned that I would like to propose before her planned trip. They centered everything around this date and made it happen without any hiccups. The level of craftsmanship seemed unaffected by this time constraint because the quality is S tier and so premium. She took the time to show us a great portion of ROEN’s engagement rings before my girlfriend and I fell in love with their signature Laguna Wave ring. We decided to continue through the entire process, and Renee patiently walked us through every step, explaining the design philosophy behind the ring and how the customization process works. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel exciting and thoughtful! After that initial visit, James and Renee collaborated to help us find the perfect diamond. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we understood all the important details: cut, clarity, color, and how each factor would affect the final look of the ring. Their guidance made us feel confident that we were choosing something truly special. Alicia and Renee were wonderful to work with throughout the entire design process as well. They were both patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping create something meaningful. They kept everything running smoothly with clear, timely communication, always making sure I understood each stage and answering any questions I had along the way. Their guidance made the entire experience feel seamless, personal, and enjoyable from start to finish. I always thought I would get my engagement ring from one of the big brands, but I came across Roen on Instagram and was instantly drawn to their craftsmanship. I scheduled a first meeting, and from the very beginning, James and Sherry were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I started with just a simple sketch. At first, we decided on an emerald cut, but after trying different shapes together, I realized an oval suited me best. Since I wasn’t familiar with diamond selection, Roen guided me through the process and even showed me different oval diamond ratios to help me find the perfect stone. The entire process felt personal and collaborative — we built this ring together, just like how we’ll be building our home. The final product is absolutely stunning, every bit as beautiful as the big brands, but with so much more meaning and value because it was custom-made. We went with Roen for our engagement ring and it was fantastic, great to work with. Details and quality was definitely on point, only thing that was lacking was communication in a more timely matter and more forms of communication would’ve been really helpful.
