Easy site to use and order from. I needed a medical bracelet was very pleased with it, very stylish and comfortable to wear, reasonable price you could chose colour and script to go on it. I was kept informed all the way about delivery excellent, and it came in a lovely gift box very pleased.

Customer service NEVER responds if you have an issue.
Took 10 days to get the "your package was delivered". Went outside and no package. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Thank goodness I purchased insurance. But, only got a partial refund from the insurance company. So I'm out about $10 and never got my necklace or a response from Roseinside customer service. Horrible, just horrible!

The product was everything as advertised! Secondly, the customer service was outstanding!! Due to a mix up of, on no part of your company, the product was returned. I emailed CS to see if the product could be sent back to my address. Customer service intercepted the return and all is well now! Thx!
Garbage Company, Garbage Product
Did not show up within the time frame they said it would. Horrible customer service as they are nearly impossible to get ahold of. Terrible quality as the gold plating has already completely worn off within 2 months. This is a garbage company that provides garbage products and garbage service. I will NEVER waste my money with this sorry excuse of a company ever again.

You kept in touch regarding when my order would be delivered, and it came long before I thought it would. The couple I bought the gift for loves it!
The ring itself is beautiful
The ring itself is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous, the engraving is perfect, however I used the correct way to measure my partners middle finger as it was a Father’s Day gift, and the sizing wasn’t the same on arrival, but luckily it fit another finger so he still can wear it, we aren’t bothered because the product is amazing and more than you could ever ask for with the pricing!
Disgusting service
Disgusting service. I ordered my product on 30/5/26 and paid for the urgent delivery option. After numerous emails, excuses and a 10% refund...I still have not recieved my order or refund! I will be taking the matter further and advise anyone not to make any purchase. I have no item that was ordered and now minus the cost of the item plus the cost of urgent delivery!
