I got the Spartan bracelet for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! It did end up breaking, but their customer service was amazing—they sent me two replacements for free. Great quality and even better service!
I cannot rave about RP enough
I cannot rave about RP enough! May be the best run business I’ve come across in any category. I ordered the spartan bracelet on Amazon and it did not come with the pouch as well as a slight tear in the band. I emailed and explained the situation. They asked for my information and that was it. A week later I received a brand new bracelet and also another bracelet I’ve never seen before. Oh yeah..and a metal wallet. Outstanding customer service! The product is amazing. I wear it everyday and get compliments left and right. Will definitely be buying more. The way a business should be run. Thanks so much!

Great products you can wear everywhere
Great products you can wear everywhere. Whatever they do to the rubber is amazing. Never any sweat smell. I never take the Golden American Flag bracelet off. I have seen people stare at it. When I bought it one of the little magnets was not glued in on the extension piece. I contacted Rowdy Parrot and they immediately resolved it and actually gave me another other bracelet. They stand behind their excellent product. I wear it everywhere I never take it off.
The bracelet and it’s warranty speaks for itself!
There is no way a company could stand by their product so completely unless it is actually that good. After a fluke issue with the wooden cross inlay on a bracelet I ordered and then a problem with USPS that they had no control over, the team at Rowdy Parrot bent over backwards to see me happy. The communication with them was direct and instant through text and I was offered not just replacement but whatever products I wanted to make things right. This told me everything I need to know about this business. They are obviously profitable and would not be if they had to do what they did for me very often. Everything they say about their products are true. I now have several different bracelets and the designs are beautiful…really cool. The materials are unique and seem like they will last forever, no matter where you wear them or if you ever take them off. With this level of warranty and customer support, you have nothing to loose.

Awesome product and service I thought was extinct!
I had an issue with an Amazon order and decided to just go to the source. The company website had a number to text and the customer service I found on the other end was like nothing I have seen in decades. These guys really stand by their product. And it’s a good thing because I don’t think I could have found a bracelet that I like better. If you’re on the fence, don’t be!

Top notch! My bracelet broke after a year and a half of every day wear. I reached out about their guarantee and they were great!! Prompt response, friendly and when they sent the replacement for free they sent me a second bracelet for free as well. It is a different one from the replacement and I love it. This company has me for life now! Well done!

After an initial issue with delivery (order never received), Rowdy went above and beyond addressing it with a text and personal phone call apologizing for the issue and getting another order asap which was received. I truly appreciated the personal attention and effort they made for me.

I bought a few bracelets from this…
I bought a few bracelets from this company a couple of years ago. After extensive wear, I had one break. They claimed a lifetime warranty so I reached out. I sent them a photo of the broken bracelet and they sent me a new one within a week! A couple of weeks ago, I had snagged one and it broke. They, once again, replaced. When you by product from Rowdy Parrot, you are buying an experience. They have not failed to deliver. It’s good to know there are still companies out there that believe in taking care of the customer. Thank you Rowdy Parrot!
The band on my Hammerhead bracelet…
The band on my Hammerhead bracelet broke. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement bracelet right away. It was nice, I was only looking to replace the band, not the whole bracelet

Rowdy parrot is awesome! I recently purchased a bracelet as I was looking for an everyday wear without worrying about it getting ruined during showers or swimming. I received my bracelet and been using it everyday without taking it off. I hope to continue to use for as long as I can and I will continue to be a customer as long as they are in business. Great customer service and product selections.
