Ordering and delivery were easy and seamless. Excellent experience. The merchandise itself was a bit of a disappointment. Specifically the wastebasket. Compared to the toilet brush it was very light and seemed a bit cheap. Both look great and I’ll probably purchase other merchandise for my other bathrooms.

Very happy with my new slat and pepper shakers. Box was a bit beat up but it was coming from Europe so to be expected. Well packaged and arrived in a week. Would buy from again.
Gorgeous red cup and saucer
Was able to get a nice cup and saucer not found in my country. I wish they had a mug size as I would get that too. Item was securely packed, because there was a fragile sticker on box so of course it got smushed. Not a scratch. Tracking available from Sweden to US. Will use vendor again.

I called to start a return for some damaged items and was told I'd get an email with instructions and a return label but that email never came. Your website should have instructions on how to return items that arrived damaged or are poor quality.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me add to my order or combine two orders and refund one shipping cost when I’m contacted them 5 minutes after ordering. Replied to my email 5 days later. Shocking company, would not recommend

I have shopped from Royaldesign numerous times, and I am genuinely happy with the selection and shipping. The only thing I do not understand is why you cannot create a user, see your past orders, and save your wishlist! Hence, I removed one star.
