I’ve been purchasing from the RMS since becoming a veteran on the 06/12/2012 and will continue to do so as the quality, staff and the delivery of items has always literally been worthy of 5 stars, keep it up and continue to have pride in the work you do, many thanks.
Excellent website; so easy to navigate through different categories and browse the products. I emailed to enquire about an item that was out of stock and the response was very prompt and they were true to their word, items were in stock within 2 weeks.
I can not review as I have yet to receive Your catalogue thanks

The ordering and paying were well done but when the goods arrived they were faulty. As it was sent as a Birthday Gift I was very disappointed and the recipient not wanting to upset me managed to get a replacement himself. All is well now
Hi Carole, I hope the replacement we sent reached you in perfect condition. Once again, we are sorry for this and are always happy to rectify any issues you may have. Kind Regards Hayley
My item was returned due to incorrect address details. The staff were very helpful in sorting out the issue.
Good quality products - I have bought quite a few different items. Ladies hoodie is fantastic. Also what an honour to be able to support the Royal Marines 🤩
A nice and easy way to get the bootneck stuff that ya can't get elsewhere . Love shopping here.
