Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, very easy ordering on line and good quality products. I would not expect anything less from from a shop that is run by former Marines. Keep up the good work Royal.

Everything about the shop is excellent, especially customer service! I have been ordering from here for a few years now and all my goods have been of very high quality and the best thing about it is Your money also goes to an amazing charity. Thank you

Great for gifts
Prompt service. Bought items as gift but sure they'll be appreciated

I had trouble placing my order as the site kept telling me not available to be sent to Australia, however it turned out to be just the catalogue that for some reason cannot be sent to Australia, but it would not accept my order until I removed the request for the catalogue.
