No refund of returned item
Company isn't honoring it's return policy as per it's website information. Website is reading quote ".. If your item has any faults, send it back to us and we will refund your money including postage. If you want to return your item because you no longer need it, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will refund the full purchase price.."unquote. Seller does not reply to any of the follow-up emails nor has he refunded the item returned. 112 days have passed since item was returned

Returned item - NO refund received - 95 days have passed since the return delaivey was accepted Again No response on mails sent, No refund received As long as a purchased item seems to be at customer's convenvience, all is fine. However if one has a legitimate claim about the product, whether quality or refund as stipulated in the company return policy, this company leaves you in the dark. Seller isn't honest. He's not acting according his own return policy mentionned on his webiste. Is to be continued

Returned item - NO refund received - 10 weeks have passed
Another week passed. No response on mails sent, No refund Had ordered an item March 5th, 2026. Which was delivered to me March 10th. Regretfully we did not longer needed it. Have informed GS by mail March 15th that I wanted to return the item as per the website's return policy quote... If you want to return your item because you no longer need it, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will refund the full purchase price. ... unquote No reply on my mail so decided to have the item return as per the policy and by DPD, which was delivered to GS March 27th. 2 months from the returned delivery, no refund of the item received, no replies on my inquiries. Apparently as long as you're interested in an item on their website got 2 mails in 2 days questionning whether I wanted to purchase. Reading thru the reviews have noticed that if cases there is an issue with the product and/or a refund it to be expected GS keeps silent. Will be continued
