The most delicious OG sourdough bread I’ve eaten. The sourdough chocolate chip sea salt cookies are delish too. Truly a local gift to the mindful eaters in Maine. I made French Onion Soup and added Ruby’s sour dough bread toasted under melted Swiss 🧀 delectable 😋

Delightful sour dough bread!!
The bread has 3 ingredients and is delicious. I had to try the sour dough chocolate chip cookie and that is dangerous…..so good!!

Having made an order for two separate days, in the couple days before Christmas, with a variety of breads and scones for family gifts, I love the flexibility of Ruby on the Hill! Everything was fresh and DELICIOUS, according to those who received them. I take every opportunity to tell others about this gem of a bakery!

Best Sourdough Bread in Maine!
Everything coming out of this bakery is absolutely delicious—over-the-top good! The care and attention their baker puts into every single sourdough loaf is truly admirable. The packaging is beautiful, and the quality makes it well worth the price. Just think about it: fermented sourdough made with only 3 simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt. All organic or non-GMO, no preservatives, and no monkey business. This bakery is clearly in it for the long haul, and it shows in every bite!
