Avoid at all costs
Like the other reviews, I never received my purchase from October 22, 2024. The tracking shows it was delivered which was complete BS. I was home all that day and NO deliveries nor anyone for that matter came to my house. I reviewed the RING camera footage. After many emails back and forth, they finally agreed on December 5th to refund me the full amount. I haven't seen a penny of it yet.
Never received order
Never received order. They lied about shipping and tracking. Blamed the shipper for no delivery and offered a partial refund which allowed them to keep over $10 for shipping. If I could leave less than one star I would. 👎👎👎👎👎
Goods Not received and still kept the £8.99 delivery fee
I ordered some tops online but after nearly 3 months I still hadn't received them. They sent me a bogus tracking link that says the items left China on 7th September, my order was placed on 11th September!!! then I got a story about how the logistics company had had a problem although the confirmed my details were correct. they offered a refund but kept £8.99 for the delivery. Many emails back and forth were to no affect. I'm still waiting for the refund!!!!!!!!!!!! beware of this company
