What people say
Fast delivery
Fast delivery, rope exactly as expected.
Very nice rope
Very nice rope. I'm using it for an anchor rope for my fly fishing boat. It works great.
Fine
Just as it should be.
My go-to for hemp cordage and whipping products.
Good selection of the best products, only surpassed by how they care for their customers. It's great how they get involved with knot-tyers. R&W is my go-to for hemp.

I have bought numerous products over several years, all of which were good quality and reasonable values. All items arrived on time.

I bought 115 feet of 5/32" Amsteel line for my 3000 pound winch. It had 26 feet of 1/4" Polyethylene line and I needed to get more line on the spool. I removed some of the protective webbing from the inner and outer ends of the original line to give me a little bit more room. The smaller but equally strong Amsteel line allowed me to get 60 feet on the spool and I am very happy with the purchase. I'll splice loops in the ends of the the left over Amsteel line and the Polyehylene line and use them as extensions when I need them for longer applications. I didn't put thimbles in the eyes of the loops since I will be using carabiners at the ends of the lines anyway. I use this winch to pull my drift boat up wooden skid ramps to the parking area of the river landings. I put PVC pipes under the boat to either roll it up or I just let it slide on the pipe instead of the hull of the boat. Both work quite well using the winch that is attached to the trailer winch strap and secured to the trailer skids with handle lines.

Great service. Fast shipping. Competitive prices. My go-to for all running rigging.
Positive experience
I was a little nervous ordering online because I have had trouble with other rope suppliers in the past In this case I had nothing to worry about. The product shipped promptly, arrived in good time, and was exactly what I wanted when it arrived. This is my new first choice for rope purchases.

Quick delivery of Impressive natural hemp rope! Thank you!
Terrible misleading and dismissive
I ordered a whole set of gudgeons.THE Picture and description clearly portrays a set.IT SAYS'S NOTHING ABOUT HAVING TO PURCHASE THEM ONE PEICE AT A TIME. THE PICTURE CLEARLY DRPICTS THE WHOLE SET ANDBITBSAYS " THIS SET" IT DOES NOT SAY THIS IS A INVIDUAL PEICE. IT SAYS A SET.they sent ONE GUDGEON. I PAID FOR 2.when a door needs hinges u don't buy or sell ONE FREAKING HINGE I MEAN HELL U NEED THEM TO MATCH UP !!!.they described a SET. I even emailed them ahead of time....because it's an emergency have to have them asap.and they KNEW THIS .THERE SITE DESCRIBED : A FULL SET COMPLETE WITH PINTILS SCREWS AND GUDGEONS.THEY PURPOSELY ONLY SENT ME ONE OF 3 PEICES & CHARGED ME DAMN NEAR 80 DOLLARS.IM MAD AS HELL.THEY BLEW ME OFF.IVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB, &THE SAILING COMMISSION IF THEY WERE HONEST THEY WOULD HAVE THE WEBSITE SAY AND DEPICT THE INDIVIDUAL PEICES AND SEPERATE PRICE FOR EACH. IT ABSOLUTELY.DOES.NOT. THE PROOF THEY HAVE IT SET UP PURPOSELY IS THE COMMENT BELOW. YES ITS MISLEADING AND YES THEY ARE DISMISSIVE.DONT TRUST A BUSINESS THAT OBVIOUSLY IS #1 MISREPRESENTING THERE PRODUCTS ONLINE #2 DISMISSIVELY TELL U U HAVE TO BUY MORE WHEN U ALREADY PAID SOMETHING YOU DIDNT RECIEVE. YALL ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY. IF U WERE HONEST THE SITE WOULD SHOW ONE HINGE AND CLEARLY STATE THAT. DON'T TRUST THEM .R&W: SEND ME THE HINGE I ALREADY PAID FOR. 80 FOR ONE PEICE ? ITS A HINGE NOT A GOLD BAR FOR GOD SAKE

Hello, Our website page for this product clearly list all 4 pieces of the set as individual items with the description for each piece. The total set is valued at almost $500.00 The reason the pieces are listed individually is for people who just need to replace one piece and not an entire set. We are happy to send a full set if you order and pay for all the pieces however your order only had the one piece on it. We are happy to take a return and refund you for the one piece if you have found a better or less expensive supplier of the whole set. Please email [email protected] and we can take care of the return or take the order for the whole set. Regards, RWrope
