All was pretty good
All was pretty good, somehow a payment was missed being processed while waiting for a shipping quote so had to re-do that but other than that all was good. Rope looks like it will be great for what they want to use it for.

What people say
great experience
Useful selection of products
Useful selection of products, good prices, and prompt order fulfilment. Web site could use some tuning up, though.
Folks worth dealing with
Honestly, I should be disappointed The material I wanted was on back-order for a few weeks. I wanted one size in black, the other in gray… Finally suggested they swap the colors and 1/2 the order came in blue- which i absolutely did not want. However, these people were polite through the whole process, gave me a credit and finally got me what I wanted- a lot of work for an order of less than $100-. I’ll use them again.
Top notch service and products.

I had an excellent experience with R&W Rope. I called to ask a question about the knife I wanted to buy. The person I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and helpful. My order was shipped immediately and I recieved it very quickly. The product (a rigging knife) is very high quality.

I am very happy with the novabraid rope order . I feel it was reasonably priced and very well packaged. Thanks R@W rope
so I ordered the 25 random pack
so I ordered the 25 random pack, hoping to get at least some colors like darker ones and or some pink or anything other than all beige and white and a few gold there was one green at the skinnier weight. but that 1 it if 25 rolls was the only dark color I got. all the others were literally light beige to white or light golden. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get any color at all in my box.
Got my cordage in time
Got my cordage in time. Thanks for taking small orders again. Small boats need good cordage, but no that much. Thanks John Carlson, SV Annie Wren, and Merry Rows.

You’ve got my loyalty
Thank-you to the Captain for your recommendation for my rope art project. Also extra thank you for honoring veterans and service members with a discount. These are not patriotic times we live in these days (🙁), so any gesture of respect is very impactful.
