Customer service is awesome! I reached out with a testing question, as a couple of items were missing from the test. It was my mistake, as I didn't fill the vial to the recommended level, but they still sent out a replacement kit for free, even after I said it was my fault and that it wasn't necessary to keep a loyal customer. A+ business! Also, the kit and results delivery speed is phenomenal, and a huge value for the items that are tested.
Well obviously everything starts with the collection method , which is just outstanding ! Imagine looking forward to a blood test ,what a crazy thing :) I train , I'm vascular you can see my forearm veins from across the room, and yet I've had (a few) horrible experiences at phlebotomist over the decades.

I had trouble drawing my blood this AM. Brynn was available early in the morning, on a Sunday no less and helped me trouble shoot - very helpful!
It’s been so easy to use! My only thing I dislike is I always have to come to the website. A mobile app would be incredibly convenient.

My kit didn't work. I simply wasted my money and couldn't collect my blood. I followed all the steps, watched the instructional video three times, and nothing.

Was a simple and painless experience, but to those who get lightheaded from blood draws you may still be lightheaded - so do this in a safe area and keep a salty snack for electrolytes and water nearby.

Everything was just as directed & easy to follow. The 3-D holder that sample gets secured in, arrived w the top of the lid broken off - I taped it.
