RYZE Superfoods

Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with both our product and our service did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your account, we confirmed that the auto-ship option was selected when your initial order was placed. To help customers make an informed decision, we display disclaimers before checkout, before an order is completed, explaining how the auto-ship subscription works. We also send reminder emails before each recurring shipment is processed, giving customers the opportunity to review, modify, skip, or cancel their upcoming order before any charge is made. We're glad we had the opportunity to connect with you directly and resolve your concerns. Your subscription has been canceled, and we've issued a full refund for your most recent order. There is no need to return the product—you’re welcome to keep it as a courtesy. We're also sorry to hear that the flavor wasn't to your liking. Taste is personal, and we understand our Mushroom Coffee isn't the right fit for everyone. Regarding the benefits, everyone's experience with functional mushrooms is different. While some customers notice results sooner, others may find that consistent daily use over several weeks is needed before experiencing the full benefits. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to review your account and address your concerns directly. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving both our products and the overall customer experience.
