David Johnson was a one of a kind facilitator of my car’s arrival. I was very satisfied and appreciative of all the work he did to help us. If I had another car I ship with him. A lot of companies run bait and switch schemes but I found this was the most honest company I came across. The quote might be higher because it’s a true quote of the market rate. Not just something to lure you in. I got the car shipped from MD to TX in 2 days! Amazing
I have been using Safeeds Transport since 2022, and I have had a great experience with them over the years. I have shipped multiple cars with Safeeds, and I have always dealt with Richard Kane. He has consistently been professional, responsive, and willing to do his best to help whenever I need to transport a vehicle. One of the things I appreciate most is that they always come to pick up the car on the day I request, and the delivery is usually very fast. Communication has also been excellent. Richard is always quick to respond to my texts and does a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. The only issue I experienced was one time when the original quote had to be changed because gas prices were particularly high and the driver was not willing to accept the initial quote. Although that was frustrating at the time, it was an isolated situation, and I have had no issues with them since. Overall, I have used Safeeds to ship multiple vehicles and have continued to come back because of their reliability, fast delivery, and excellent customer service. I have also recommended them to anyone I know who needs to have a car shipped, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Richard Kane has always been great to work with, and I truly appreciate the consistent service over the years.
The experience didn’t start well, but it ended well. At first, they weren’t able to move my car for the price quoted. But after some back and forth and tbh, I needed to realize what a reasonable price was for the transport, Brian reached out, found a driver and got it scheduled REALLY quickly and smoothly. He was genuine and communicative and gave all the info I needed and answered questions - by both phone calls and texts. I really appreciated it because it was getting down to the wire and I really needed my car to be shipped. And he made it happen. Now my car is here and it was a fair price and it all worked out!
Joseph Williams is simply outstanding! His prompt communication and dedication ensured my vehicle was shipped without any problems. He was always available to answer my calls and messages and made the whole process very easy. I’m thankful for his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone looking for reliable vehicle transport assistance.
Richard Kane did an excellent job setting up the transport and getting me a driver in a timely manner.
Jack with Safeeds Transport was very professional. His communication was excellent every step of the way. The driver Vitalli was great as well. My motorcycle arrived safe and on time. I would recommend them, and I would use them again anytime!
I was quoted one price and then they took my deposit and did NOT deliver the deal. They could NOT find a driver to transport my jeep from fl to nc for 500$ as promised. And my deposit srill states pending on my bank statement i am letting my credit card used investigate the problem. They wanted me to book a 650$ transport in an enclosed trailor slated for only 2 cars for the 650$ i said, NO. Return my deposit. I knew this offer was too good to be true! No closed transport will roll on only 650! Bbb had a report that said a person paid that and had to pay another 1000$ to their car off the truck!!!! Lucklily, i am not that dumb. Thank God.
Great company to work with! Jack was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the transport. Everything went smoothly, and we appreciate the opportunity to work together. We look forward to doing more business with Safeeds Transport in the future. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience, scheduling my delivery with safeeds transport very convenient and easy to schedule was helped by Tony Davis
Simon was super responsive and helpful in finding us the best rate to ship our car from Florida to Connecticut. Highly recommend!!!! Great prices!!!
I signed a contract in January for a transport from FL to AZ in May. I requested an enclosed van which wasn't available but Jack did keep me informed. Other than the price increased it was a good experience.

I called on 7/2/26 at 11:40 am PST when I received a call my mother’s vehicle was parked at the Sheriff station and had till 5 pm EST to pick it up. I called and spoke to Edward he said “yes, we can pick it up today”. I did the contract and paid the deposit. From that point on was a total lack of communication. Here we are now on 7/6/26 spoke to Brian the supervisor and he said they have a driver for today but it’s $150 extra plus another $250 deposit . I felt I shouldn’t have to pay this because they failed on there side of the contract and if I cancel I forfeit the deposit. I said OK to the extra because I need this done. I received the contact info to the driver or company and called them to confirm and was told the driver is in Miami and it will not be today. I called Brian back and he said he called and it will be today. I map quested this and from Miami to Navarre Florida is 10 hours. Here I have been played and charged but still they aren’t living up to the contract HORRIBLE SERVICE UPDATE: I received my vehicle on 7/17/26 @ 8:30 PM PST. I did work with Richard and he was honest and held his word.

I have had to transport my vehicle a few times during my training to different states across the U.S. I had often had unpredictable schedules and would need my vehicle at a location fairly quickly for my jobs. Richard would work efficiently with me and would report immediate changes in the schedule to ensure I’d receive the vehicle on time. I had a very disappointing experience with Safeeds Transport. They failed to pick up my car as scheduled and provided little to no communication throughout the process. When I called for updates, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to resolve the issue have left me extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
