I’ve hauled a couple loads for Richard with Safeeds Transport Inc and everything went smoothly. The details were clear, the customer was ready at pickup, and communication was solid from start to finish. It makes a big difference when a broker stays organized and respects the driver’s time. Richard runs things professionally, which is why I don’t mind working with Safeeds Transport Inc again whenever our routes match up

The agent Kevin, I worked with to transport my vehicle was amazing. He stayed in constant communication with viable updates on availability and how the process works. I was scheduled to have the shipment completed, but last minute plans stopped it. I reached out to Kevin and let him know. Kevin attempted to work with me on a different transport date, but the changes no longer required transportation at all. Kevin assisted in canceling the contract.

BEWARE honest review
This company is extremely dishonest and I strongly advise others to avoid using them.
I was quoted $850 for car transport, and that price was clearly stated in the contract they sent me. Based on that agreement, I paid a deposit to secure the service. After taking my deposit, they suddenly claimed the transport would actually cost $1,600, which is almost double the agreed price and nowhere in the contract.
When they told me they didn’t even have a driver available, I requested a refund of my deposit since they couldn’t provide the service at the agreed price. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to refund my deposit and even hung up on me.
This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: quote a low price to get a deposit, then dramatically increase the cost afterward.
I have the contract, original quote, and proof of payment to support everything I’m saying.
Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your deposit or being pressured to pay far more than what you agreed to.
