Super easy to complete. I loved the video on how to enter. Parking was easy. The equipment seemed a little old but I was able to use my leg as leverage for the bag mask to complete the test successfully.

This was my first time taking RQI and I was very impressed. Instructions and directions to get to locations were so clear and simple. I did encounter problem logging in and it was easily resolved when I called the number provided. They stayed on the phone with me until I actually logged in. Facility was clean, organized and user friendly. My only complaint is not being able to push down hard enough for my compressions and had to repeat skills 4 times. I had removed the cushion and still didn’t have enough weight to push down. I wanted to move the manikin onto the floor but the cords and connection were too short. I have always done chest compressions on the floor on my knees without difficulties. I was exhausted and needed water but didn’t bring any with me because it stated no food or drinks! Understandable with all the expensive equipment but just water would have been helpful! Other than my own issues, I highly recommend this facility! Excellent customer service and follow-up!

This was a very pleasant, quick way to get CPR and First Aid certified. If you are familiar with the methods you can test out of the course work, one unit at a time. The hands on test was very convenient and close to home. I received my certificate within an hour of passing my hands-on test. Liza was very thorough and helpful.

The modules provided clear and easy to understand instruction for both the BLS and PALS online courses. The location for the in-person skills session was clearly marked and in a quiet location, which made focusing on the RQI computerized voice easier. I was given ample time to complete each skill and passed the skills test in roughly 30 minutes (the infant skills were more difficult for me). Overall, I would and have recommended this company to my friends who are also looking to obtain their BLS certification.

AHA certification. Super convenient. Easily understood. Relative to healthcare settings. Online portion is at your own pace. In person portion is easily accessible. If you call for help, they respond quickly. The only thing I’d say they need to improve is their cell signals when on a call with any staff member; it cuts out more often than not. I had to call a few times to reschedule the in person skills for my first time doing PALS (online portion took me longer than expected), but they helped me get with rescheduling. ACLS portion was also easily scheduled/rescheduled. They had a glitch in their system for 7pm and no morning classes for some odd reason, but I was able to complete it before my travels.

The instructor, John, was very engaging. He kept repeating the instructions and it helped us retain the information he was presenting. He answered all our questions and even provided guidance on other training we were interested in learning. It was my first time doing the CPR Training both Module and Actual Training Test and I can say is that the value of your payment is worth paying for. At first it is quite hard to do the actual test but good thing that the computer helped me to follow the prompts plus there is an option of practice test before doing the assessment. I really learned and put the module teachings to the actual test. The facility for the actual training test has a great ambiance where you can truly focus on your test since it has a quiet surroundings (both inside and outside the facility). Thank you for making my first time fulfilling!

Super simple! First off, plenty of parking at this location. There are no instructors, just computers connected to a set of manikins -- one adult and one infant. All you have to do is log in and follow the guides on the computer. The computer will provide feedback and tips on how to improve your skills. You can try as many times as needed. Would come back here again.

I am a retired probation officer, and I wanted to stay on top of my certification. The online portion is FANTASTIC!!!! I love it because the training allows opportunities to jump ahead, if you have experience, which I did. The in person portion, again FANTASTIC! O actually learned more in this training than I did in the 18.5 years I worked at probation. Now, GEORGIA!!!!!! She is the BEST instructor. She was patient, in her direction, clear on the process, and the training was ONLY AN HOUR!!!!!! Nothin like women doin right!
