The experience was a bit surprising…
The experience was a bit surprising because I was used to class activities but with the guidance of the staff, I was able to do the skills and pretty easy when I got used to it. Will use this method again to renew my BLS for sure.

Very convenient
Very convenient. You can learn at your own pace. I finished materials through internet in about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Then went on the site for the actual which took me less than 30 minutes. It’s close to home so I would use this company again if I have to renew in 2 years.

Easy and convenient but kind of pricey
Easy and convenient , I was able to get my stuff done all in one day . The only thing I would have to deduct a star for is the pricing . Alot of money for us to be doing the majority of work ourselves. But overall it was good experience and I’d use them again.

Once I got there I had no idea that AI…
Once I got there I had no idea that AI was going to be my instructor. At the Benning of CPR I started doing the compressions, the computer will tell to push harder on which I was trying to do my best. At this point I was sweating, so I decided to do again the next day. I am greatful that there was a kind lady talking to me thru the test and making different techniques. I learn a lot, now I am clear of what to do. Thank you so much for giving tips of how to do the task. Place was very clean and supportive. I will highly recommend this business. Loretta S

Self-paced and easy to follow instructions
Easy to follow instructions from the moment of purchase. Receiving the program may take a day but if you call the number they provide they’ll speed up the process and you’ll recieve the online course almost instantly. Easy to follow lessons with useful practice/scenarios/videos. When you take the in person portion the computer guides you through everything and you can practice on both the infant and adult minikin. Overall very simple and passed relatively easily. Highly recommend. Also use the discount code if available I missed that.

I had a fantastic experience with “Safety Training Seminars.” The team was highly cooperative and assistive, responding quickly to my calls—even after working hours. The training was engaging and informative. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested in BLS / CPR certification. you won’t be disappointed! The best part was that I didn’t have to speak to a computer when I called; a friendly human was always there to assist me.
