Total Scam – Avoid SAILSCLOSET at All Costs
I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with SAILSCLOSET. I placed an order for three specific clothing items, paid $124, and received only two items—neither of which matched my order. One was the wrong size, and the other was a random shirt I never ordered or wanted. The third item never arrived at all. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly refused to send the correct products or issue a full refund. Instead, they offered me a series of insulting partial refunds ($12, $17, and finally $23), which don’t even cover the cost of a single item. They also suggested I give the incorrect items to someone else, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the tracking information claimed my order was shipping from the United States, but the package actually came from China, as shown on the shipping labels. The company also claimed that the items I ordered were out of stock, yet they are still listed as available on their website. After researching, I found that many other customers have had similar experiences. This company is clearly running a scam: they take your money, send you random or incorrect items, and then refuse to resolve the issue properly. Do not trust SAILSCLOSET. You risk losing your money and never receiving what you paid for.
