I made a mistake while I was trying to top up a phone number in Haiti. They didn't want to refund me as a courtesy as a longtime customer. They don't have a phone number, you can only contact by email.

Hi Harry, We're sorry for the situation, It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong phone number entered in the online form. In such cases we could have canceled your order IF the order hadn't been processed and sent on to the local operator. Once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision.
