Ordered a Samebike CY20 folding e-bike through Walmart. The tracker updated that it will be delivered as per the mentioned date. Every time I checked the tracker it confirmed the same delivery info however it was still on "preparing" bike order. I sent two emails to Samebike but never heard back. I finally called walmart customer service who contacted Samebike. I received an email on the delivery date confirming that Samebike cancelled the order without a reason. I'm assuming that they were out of stock and never contacted me.

Delivered within 3 working days and the cy 20 pro is going well. I can only give my experience as there seems to be some not so good reviews but my own experience has been fine. You can get them directly from samebike or there are 2 uk based suppliers which may be better if you have any issues with the bike.

Samebike is not interested in buyers of…
Samebike is not interested in buyers of their ebikes from other companies. Bought a bike from Pogo Cycles with a 48V battery and after just 2 charges the battery would only charge to 36V. Pogo is not interested in replacing the battery and the display and Samebike do not reply to emails of Complaint. It is good advice not to purchase an ebike from either company as their customer service will be non-existent. Shabby companies like these should be avoided.

I ordered a particular colour, which than was sold out, so I cancelled, than all of s sudden they had one left! Although I had cancelled, it arrived anyway and they would not take it back! Than they promise me accessories and some money back, never happened. So I was forced to keep it and it never went furher thsn 7,5 km on a full battery, so I asked for a renewal, no reaction so I had to buy a new one via other channels! It is a terrible bike that loses too much speed in corners and still uses too much battery! Max 22 km per full battery!

I've had the bike for a month and it's been great, but the only problem is that at first it worked with both the assistance and the throttle, and now the assistance has stopped working and it only works with the throttle.

I order a bike and they said 3-9 business days. After 4 days, they texted me telling my bike is not in stock (website said yes). They offered a different colour. 1 week later I contacted them asking how It is going, and they answer offering me a refund because the bike is not available and they dont know when they can send me. Very dissapointed. Dont trust them people please!!

Take my advice and do not buy an ebike from this company, there after care is none existent, my motor failed after 3months/50 miles.So it is still supposed to have 9 months warranty left ,however after providing proof of purchase, videos etc etc they are not willing to repair or replace, basically they told me to pursue my money back via my bank ,that's how little they care,so please avoid because if anything goes wrong the warranty means nothing, and not many ebike repair shops will touch samebike bikes .
