I ordered and paid for a new LO26II…

I ordered and paid for a new LO26II replacement motor on April 1, 2026. I received it on 29 July - two days ago. After making initial enquiries about the delay, I was told there was a lack of stock. I was understanding and patient, but it seemed that my order got put on the back burner and wasn't until I demanded immediate shopment or my money back last week that a new motor was rapidly shipped by DHL to me. The lack of follow up for my order left me disappointed. Hopefully the new motor will make amends. MB.

I am writing this because my bike Got stolen. And when I wrote to the support to get the steel number, the Said there was nothing the could do even tho I have the receipt and everything Else. I dont Think they have anything under control when theres litreally nothing they Can do if your bike gets stolen. Also when your bear in mind there are countless other companies where they of course could help your out with information about your vechile. So i just wanna say if youre unlucky like me and got your bike stolen even tho its locked and everything you Can say goodbye to a whole lot of money no matter of how expensive that vechile was And I personally really wouldnt recomend buying from this Company. Thanks for nothing and to everyone that is going to buy from this Company i wouldnt lock the bike anywhere in public because if youre unlucky like me there is absoloutly nothing they Can do about I mean seriously I Can even file a damn police report now because I dont the info I need Btw the info they write about the vechile is nowhere near to being true i travelled 50km in gear 3 (the middle gear) wich is Way below what they wrote the bike could travel 50km was supposed to be the minimum my bike could travel but I nedded to ride Way slower than a regular bike to reach anything near that level

I bought the Samebike with high expectations, a robust ebike, sufficient range, a strong motor and a load capacity for my weight of 110kg! I got a semi-finished product compared to my previous Italwin Flipper! The settings on the display were not explained enough, there was a very long delay when starting the pedals, obviously a problem with the cheap sensor! The autonomy was debatable, not even 50% of the declared one. The application on the mobile phone DOES NOT WORK! I tried it on three different mobile phones! The charging process requires the bike to be unfolded and folded because it is DEAD! I have been using the bike in my house by the sea for about 3 months. I took the battery with me to possibly recharge it over the winter. This is the second season of use, when I turned on the bike, the display only showed half the characters! Customer service is for 0, long response time, no help, in the end I paid for a replacement display that traveled for a whole month! I expected a lot more effort and after-sales support from a young company trying to break into the market, but apparently they only care about selling something and forgetting about the customer, who is the most important link in the product placement! My message is to avoid these bikes!

Great bike, easy to cycle. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I have spinal stenosis so walking is difficult but this bike allows me to still excercise without the pain

Order number#Uk2107 thr display screen will not switch on when pressing button on the control panel when pressing the power button the horn works and the rear break light but thr display screen doesn’t come on so can ride the bike using electric . I’ve emailed what’s app over 3 days and still not had a response from you this is shocking customer service .

Same bike on offer however they changed their mind on price?

I bought and paid for a same bike through Amazon, waited for the delivery day (and 2 days past this) for same bike to refund me! Saying the offer price of the bike was incorrect!! The bike should never have gone on sale at that price? How? They put their bike on Amazon for a discounted price they should honour it! Discussing!! And to have kept my money for a good 8 or more days in the process!

This company scammed me

This company scammed me. They would not contact FedEx to help with a shipping problem. The only option was to return the bike to them. Now it has been with them for over 10 days and they still won’t refund me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

SAMEBIKE is not only a phenomenal bike to ride, but the company is very impressive, as well. Quick shipping and delivery, and regular email updates on the status of my order. My bike arrived in mere days from my order. This is a quality bike and I'm quite impressed with its amazing power on various ground surfaces and on hills. It is important to note that the bike power does not start until you have peddled a few times, and then the power kicks in. I am greatly looking forward to many biking adventures. Highly recommended bike.

Instructions are bad, undetailed and outdated

THE WORST THING is the instructions. The manual is veeeery undetailed, pictures are bad, pictures are outdated (bicycle or parts are different in some ways now) and there are no close up pictures of the parts and the order they should be set. Exactly same goes with the video on youtube. Does it cost too much to make a manual that is actually good, detailed and updated? Some parts are really difficult to put in place as the structure of the bike has changed (compared to video). Also: Waiting time was long and you deliver with UPS who is very famous for not delivering goods to the customer but instead sends a msg saying we could not deliver.

One of the 2 bikes purchased arrived…

One of the 2 bikes purchased arrived with 2 right pedals and after several emails to Samebike support asking for the missing left pedal, no answer and had to buy new ones to start riding. My experience is no after sales service.

The bike is actually quite good. Great value for what you get. The customer service is very good. The motor had an issue after 6 months. I contacted Samebike and they sent me a new motor within a week. I was very impressed. Now working perfectly again.
