This is my favorite online seller ever! The seller is fantastic, personable, and pays attention to details. Goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy! As a longtime collector of Native American jewelry, I can say with all confidence that the merchandise is authentic, top of the line, and fair priced! Ships quickly, well packaged right down to the pretty little boxes I cant throw away! Beautiful and wrapped ready to gift! She carries works by top artists! I’ve purchased many times and I’ve never received anything that wasn’t as nice or better than things I’ve purchased in the top galleries of the southwest!
Ring is an amazing piece that I’m proud to wear. The packaging was done with a lot of care and style. Included a little pack of gummy bears which is great because it’s my favorite candy.
Also, very informative and patient in answering any questions I had. Will definitely be purchasing more jewelry for the collection.
I love this shop, I'm always welcome to message Kaylynn and communicate with her on pieces. She has been a blessing to my budding collection, in a time where it's getting hard to match what's authentically American indigenous crafted and good quality to a budget. This necklace is gorgeously crafted and curated, shipping is always a breeze, and Santafebeadco continues to impress.

Santa Fe Bead Company is a wonderful store, with beautiful Native American creations at good prices. Fabulous service, congenial communications, quick free shipping, and an overall great place.
The packaging was exquisite, came with a free polishing cloth, and the modern navajo bead necklace I purchased is just beautiful. Seems to be good quality too.

Exceeded expectations!
Kaylynn was quick to reply to my question and request. She even included a hand written thank you note. Best of all, my wife absolutely LOVED the necklace! I’d give the company 10 stars - Highly recommended!
I have had outstanding interactions with Santa Fe Brad Company! Seller is very responsive to messages and gets purchases out in the mail very quickly!! I am a repeat customer and will continue purchasing from this company in the future!!
Kaylynn is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have been looking at authentic Navajo turquoise for many years to purchase. I have recently made the leap and bought two items from Santa Fe bead co through her website. I was able to do layaway and pay for my items over a short period that made it more reasonable for my budget. After trying on jewelry in Arizona and checking many different websites I landed on Santa Fe bead co and couldn’t be more excited about the items I purchased. These high quality items ( a ring and a pendant ) will be handed down to my kids at some point. I feel so happy that I waited until I found exactly what I wanted. Kaylynn’s shop has a gorgeous variety and you will not be disappointed.
Thank you so much for your prompt, professional attention to detail and service Kaylynn!
