Lovely pieces arrived well packaged

Lovely pieces arrived well packaged. I do appreciate the wonderful web site. The colors are well represented in the images. Having everything modeled is so helpful when trying to gauge the size of the jewelry especially earrings. I’m waiting for more pieces to become available. I’ll be a return customer.

She went above and beyond to help me!

During the holidays my order disappeared in the mail. Kaylynn kept me informed at all times of what happens next. She went above and beyond to make sure the new order was to my satisfaction. People like Kaylynn are few and far between. Thank you!!

Amazing

Both the necklace and pendant are beautiful! They came beautifully packaged with a thoughtful note and a polishing cloth. And the shipping was so fast! I can not wait to purchase more. Already have my eye on a coordinating bracelet.

Very happy with purchase

As always, I received absolutely beautiful pieces that were rapidly shipped and delivered.

Beautiful quality pieces

Great customer service and beautiful pieces!

Great Customer Service

I ordered a cross initially that I wanted to exchange for a different piece. Kaylynn was very amenable to the exchange. She was very gracious and patient with my particular circumstances. Her prices are high. Her pieces are beautiful.

Quality Items and Experience

The seller is very responsive and easy to work with. She has some very nice pieces for sale. The listing includes informative descriptions on the artists, measurements and stones which is much appreciated. While the prices may be a bit higher than other sites, her pieces definitely reflect in quality where others don’t. I also like that she offers ring resizing which is tricky to do at a regular jeweler with turquoise items. Shipping was fast as was the ring resize that I ordered. Definitely check out Santa Fe Bead Company!

Sarah

Again, Kaylynn is the best! This is my 2nd purchase from her incredible shop and I could not be happier!!

Great Experience

My earrings shipped quickly, were lovingly packed with nice decorative wrapping and even a small bag of gummy bears (sweet surprise), and they were exactly as pictured.

Beautiful earrings & quick shipping

My earrings are high quality and a great design. The shipping was miraculously quick. I really don't know how you did it so fast. But I am happy you did. I'll be back.
