While I have not officially used the camera, yet I can say that the process to this point has been great. The price is way below most name brand cameras in the industry, the ordering process was great. The camera arrived timely with plenty of communication and upon arrival was found to be packaged very well and initial inspection of the unit appears to be very well made. Looking forward to finding out how well it is built so we can add this to our future purchases as well and maybe even a larger model would be great as this appears to be best for 2-3" lines.

i'm so surprise by your excellent after sales service, previously, we brought CCTV from Tao Bao and very disappoint for their products and services. Also, i just wonder is it possible to reduce the length of lens as it is easier to push into the pipe (as compare the length of lens Tao Bao product are shorter than yours)

Great Experience
My experience with Sanyipace has been amazing! I received a sewer scope that appeared to have been damaged (possibly in shipping). Customer service immediately addressed the issue and now I have a high quality, operational unit. The distance counter is very convenient and the controls are easy to understand. These products are great for the price!

Sanyipace sewer camera company was absolutely amazing to work with. I can’t say enough great things about their products, and most importantly, their great customer service. Especially their after sales agent, Lisa. She was there for me every step of the way to make sure I was taken care of. Even when UPS lost the package, which is no fault of Sanyipace, Lisa made sure I was taken care of and happy. Oh and also the sewer camera is a great piece of equipment that I use on a daily basis. Thanks so much Sanyipace, and Lisa!

Battery pack would not charge 100% on initial charging. It would only charge to 80% - 2nd highest on the indicator.

Thank you very much for your feedback. The battery shows 80% because the battery indicator label is in the opposite direction. We have sent you a new battery replacement. Sorry to bother you.
