Sauna heater has great customer service and pricing! I needed to change my heater after the order was already place and they promptly cancelled the old one and helped me place a new one. This was also done quickly, all through texting, with no phone call required.

I am definitely a skeptical, squeaky wheel & James went above and beyond not only to help out finding me the right heater, but gave his take on supplemental info (vent placement, material, etc). These guys know what they're talking about (from working w/ 1000's of customers), and really take their job seriously helping customers find what they're looking for. If anyone else I know needs sauna equipment, I'll be advocating for these guys forever. Thanks again!

James Baclig was a fantastic sales rep! He went above and beyond to help me choose the right product, and ensure that I had not only the necessary accessories, but a couple little extras too! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient! I felt that even though I’m across the country, I was a valued customer and given the same attention and support as if I was making an in person purchase. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to work with James, that’s a bonus!

Sauna Heater Supply Ordering
Ordering with Sauna Heater Supply was easy and quick; it was a one stop shop for all the items needed for a new sauna. James was very helpful in answering questions and suggesting a heater size for the sauna I was ordering. Being able to talk to someone who is knowledgeable made the process much easier.

James and his team are incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to answer ALL of our questions, and to source all of the additional parts we needed that weren't listed on the website (chimney extension and heat shield). He responded to messages after hours, and even gave us an additional discount we didn't ask for. Highly recommended!
