Great selection, page clean and easy to navigate, and the scale that I picked shipped fast. Scales Plus also got in touch after order confirmed, to ensure we were happy with the selection and shipping date. (We needed a legal-for-trade pricing scale for farmers market, we had it up and running fast :) Thank you!
Thank you for the five star review!
The scale was delivered quickly with full tracking. It was well packaged for the journey and was brand-new, factory sealed equipment. A minor issue with the calibration weight was promptly corrected. Would definitely use Scales Plus again!
Thank you for the five star review Steve!
The website was easy to navigate, worked well, and made it easy to find what I needed. Even though I made a mistake on the type of load cells, the returns were also easy, with no issues, and in our case was fully refunded. The technical assistance was excellent, informative and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for helping me get our scale back up & running! (um ...weighing!)
Thank you so much for the great review John!
When looking for a balance for measuring ingredients for DIY skincare, I knew I needed something accurate down to .01mg. I also wanted a balance that could handle heavier weights, so that I could make larger batches. After doing my research & shopping around on different vendor sites, I landed on Scales Plus & I am glad I did. I had to contact the sales rep when my calibration weights hadn’t yet arrived & they were prompt, informative & courteous. Should I ever need to elevate my balance capacity, I know exactly where I will return for a different model.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you found the perfect balance for your DIY skincare needs and that our team could assist you along the way.
