This site is a total scam. What they advertise is not what is received. They ignore all attempts to solve the problem and there 30 day returns policy is a total lie. There is no customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Wrong item sent and shocking aftercare service
I ordered a precision hand saw and the partial aspect of a completely different hand tool arrived! It is not even the same device, completely different device. Whatever it is, it's not even complete, there is no battery included, no power unit and no disc blades, if it's supposed to be a mini-cutter! When I immediately complained, I was responded to some days later with the offer of $20 compensation and keep it, (I had paid £39.99 for the original purchase) or return it to China at my cost! I responded and informed them that they had breached their contract, they had sent the wrong thing and even at that, had only sent part of a product that they then expected me to pay to return to China! Do not use this company, they are clearly exploitative and dishonest.

If you are considering purchasing from Scerich, DON'T
If you are considering purchasing a product from Scerich I would really reconsider your options. I purchased an item for $29.99 with the delivery dates between Sep. 15th and Sep 17th. On the 23rd I sent an email requesting information as to the delivery date. This email went on unanswered and not even acknowledgement of receipt. I sent an email again on the 23rd and got no response whatsoever. The package finally arrived, the box appeared to have been crushed slightly and on opening it (HUD for my car) there was a plastic item believed to be the main unit, connection wires, and the clear plastic display sheet. What is missing is any form of instruction. I have no idea how to position the screen on the windshield, main unit positioning etc. I then sent an email that day to Scerich to advise them of order status. As usual I have heard zero and am stuck with the product. I went online looking for instructions but due to the fact I have no idea of the model number nothing matches. Based on this I suggest to you that you really reconsider dealing with Scerich.

I would not have given 1 star, but for me, to beable to have my say, Ive had to do it. All I can say is, I hope you enjoy my 36.00, from a retired, single lady. Im so fed up of being taken advantage of!!!! I was supposed to have bought a 12v cordless precision cutter compact multi- function DIY detail plunge cutting tool. Well, I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. NOT GOOD !!!!!!!

I would not recommend working with this company. I ordered an item several weeks ago. All they do is send emails asking if I’m enjoying it. It has never arrived and I think it’s a complete scam.
