I ordered a motion lamp for a gift. It came with one of the light bulbs broken. I emailed customer service and received a reply within hours that a new bulb was on the way. Sure enough, 2 days later the bulb arrived. I was very impressed!

Good products; bad return policy
They have a wide variety of useful products. I got what I ordered promptly. The problem was that, due to a confusion illustration (acknowledged by the service rep), I ordered the wrong product. They took the product back but did not refund the shipping, and I had to pay to ship it back. Compare this with the return policy of zoro.com. You can do the return online, no questions asked, and they will email you a shipping label. Done.

I cannot recall receiving anything from the company after online purchase. The products just showed up at the door one day. I would like tracking info, to be sure that I am home on the day product is out for delivery.

need better descriptions
I was interested in the 50 year "calender", but the description doesn't say if it is brass or something else. Other items have the same problem.

Missing part
For the most part I'm satisfied with my order..... Typical of some of the items being sold are instructions that are a bit cryptic. I was in fact disappointed in levitating board (NEO LEV) catalog 3155025 that I purchased......the hover board was not to be found rendering this $30 item useless. I will try to contact Customer Service to try to resolve this issue

Slow delivery time and no updates for what you pay for shipping costs
I placed my order on January 18th. As of today, February 6th, I STILL have not received my order nor have I had any updates on delivery. I have paid over $20 for shipping, albeit, I am in Hawaii, but I would think that if I am paying that much for shipping, it would not take over two weeks to receive it. I got my shipping notification the same day I made my order from UPS. Great! It's being shipped via UPS! There was no estimated delivery date, but hey, that's okay because UPS is relatively fast. January 25th, one week later, I check the status, and it says that it has reached California and transferred to the USPS! No notification via email. If I didn't check myself, I wouldn't have known. There's no link to track for USPS, so I need to go onto another website to check the status, and now the estimated delivery date is today, February 6th! Well, the mail has come and gone, and I still do not have my order. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. If I had some notification or estimated delivery time frame in the beginning when I ordered that it would take this long (what I ordered was a gift and the child's birthday has past already), I probably would not have ordered this item, especially with the cost of the shipping.

Rachael, I'm sorry to hear about this delay in shipping. When shipping to Hawaii, if ground shipping is the selected method, this time frame can be expected. Due to this we normally will ship any Hawaii orders by air as a courtesy and this one must have slipped through the cracks. Is a wonderful well designed model.
This is an excellent project to build and play with. It really captivated my 9 year old son and made him focus on many details in putting it together, which took about 5 hours. The design is excellent and allows the builder to appreciate how it works in detail. Overall I was very impressed with it and would recommend it to parents who are interested in teaching their children and enjoy working with them on it.
Grandson loved it!!

Ordered 4 items for grandaughters' birthday...all age appropriate. items were as advertised. Only minor problem was the way 2 items arrived. Lip Balm kit was not securely closed so looked like it had already been opened, and the magic tricks box was slightly crushed in one corner.
