Customer service has been great. I had alot of questions. Sent several e-mails. All were answered promptly. When I had to unexpectively retun the product that was also handled with one e-mail. This company has delivered everything they promissed.
I made a purchase of 10 pills which were effective enough. The next month, score Blue shipped me another 10 pills, advising me that I had purchased a monthly subscription. I never did. It’s just a big scam. They told me if I didn’t want the pills to just return them when they came in the mail, and they would refund me the money. I didn’t wait, I just called my bank and had the transaction canceled. This is a scam
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I believe their advertising and claims about the product were misleading and did not match the results I experienced. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, my request was denied despite my concerns with the product. I was informed that their 120-day policy was firm and no exception would be made. The customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. It's been over a month since I canceled my subscription, which I didn't know I was subscribed to. By the way, for them to get credit on my credit card which I still haven't gotten. By the way over a month these guys are a scam. Don't waste your money.
Score Blue a on line company for ED meds. Viagra AV or #3. I got my order they guaranteed to work none of it work. The pills were useless. I was so upset. I called and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund. They said they close my account but they guarantee if it don’t work 10 minutes you would get a refund if you call the company requested and they call the company they give you a bunch of runaround. This company is a complete SCAM. Their ads and medication claims are completely FALSE. I ordered their product for a 1 month trial, but then they automatically reordered and charged me for another month of medication. When I called to question, they say the doctor automatically put you on a continual monthly plan and charges you. When I questioned that, they just said that's the way it is and hung up on me twice. Their customer service is appalling!
Well you sent me a white pill that has AC 340 on it it is not the pill I ordered it won't give me my money back you keep telling me that it's the Viagra that I ordered it is not I looked it up it says it's Cialis and it's a generic pill you were telling me you would send the real pills this one does not work I cannot get a hold of anybody to even talk to about it and keep sending me emails telling me I'm stupid well I am going to the better Business bureau and I am going to get my money back you are doing this in an unprofessional manner do not buy these pills they do not work they send you the wrong pills
The generic Viagra that they claim to be amazing is no better than the ones that I get at my local pharmacy. Medicare covers 30 pills for around $15.00 and they're weak just like Scoreblue. Someone is getting cheap generics and repackaging them as a super Viagra which is a total scam. Then they charged me $65 for a recurring order that I never signed up for. The classic mail order scam. They told me that I could return the pills and that I might get a refund in 10-12 weeks. Stay far away from these fake ED pill liars and scammers. It's become an epidemic.
Wow. What a difference a call can make. The first customer service rep I spoke with was rude, impatient, spoke over me like a steamroller. Fortunately, he at least cancelled my subscription. The second time I called, I spoke with Shantay, who was great. Very customer-focused and knew how to handle me as a customer. Like night and day. Unfortunately, their claims of Viagra AGV are misrepresented. Sildenafil is Sildenafil is Sildenafil. My advice is to go see your doctor and get it locally from a pharmacy for half the price.
Do not order anything from this place. They advertise viagra but what they sent me is definitely not viagra. I was prescribed 100mg viagra and usually i will take only one third pill. I had no reaction to one third pill. I tried one whole pill and still no reaction. Do not do business here. Would give zero stars had it been possible.
Score blue does everything they say it will and more I could not believe the effect I got from using this medication. It is the best.
I’m speaking from a wife’s perspective at first my husband would take one pill and within 30 mi he was ready it’s a one time erection and it last as long your husband can hold it but now a year later he taken 2 pills and waited all night for a erection it never came now he’s taking 3 and waiting for any signs so far nothing
The only reason I gave one star is because i can’t give zero. I placed an order and got it filled. This was about 4 months ago. Now i’m getting an order every month which I don’t want. Can’t get through on phone. Email says I have to cancel it by phone only. I want to stop this overpriced item.

I decided to try Score Blue and couple months ago. I'm 68 and started having issues getting and maintaining erections. The first pill I tried didn't work. This company has misrepresented themselves since day 1 with me. It was supposed to he some new type of Viagra and it was not. I stopped the subscription. 2 months later they hit my card for $69 for 10 pills. Way above the price i was originally quoted. I stopped the subscription again. They are now trying to charge anything they can to my card. I either have to keep no money in that account or lock my card. Reaching someone is extremely difficult to say the least and they never addressed my first complaint which was a bait and switch move. Zero stats if I could
My husband ordered a 30 day supply, they didn't work for him, they mailed another 30 day supply without consent and we were changed, spoke with Quin, he was very rude, talked over us, hung up on us as well. We tried to cancel with no luck until we called in never again, would not recommend this product, their customer service department are horrible.
