Watch out took my money and still haven't shipped my pills
The 1st time I ordered it ended up getting double amount of pills dumped on me for $50 more than what was told i was going to pay and then they kept trying to take money from my account without permission and the amount of bs rings to jump through is insane and then they still kept trying to get money out so I had to cancel my card and get a different number fast forward a couple months i found some extra cash and think you know maybe it was a fluke and try this company 1 last time because it did work from about 20 minutes to an hr and but instead this time around they took my money a week ago and talk me into next day shipping and here I am 1 week later and they have not even shipped it out i wrote a complaint ticket to their helpline which was immediately solved and was told that its in the pharmacy how tf is that solved
Medication was never delivered even when they said it was. Don’t trust.!
Company is hard to get in touch with. On 27 July, I ordered a prescription. It is August 4 and I do not have it. I was promised that it would be delivered within four days of being accepted. I called the representative today and they said it just shipped and they were having computer issues now they’re saying the order is coming on Saturday. Their website is very vague and their customer login portal is poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Out of all the prescription companies out there I have tried this is the worst.

There is no way to cancel on their website. This has got to be illegal and I'm seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit. Good luck contacting them by email or phone. It's just a deliberate act of a subscription trap. This design tricks or forces you to keep paying. BEWARE!

They said the viagra AGV is new and better that it works in 11 minutes or so but the bottle I got said it was generic Viagra , so i call them and they sent me another bottle same thing charged me each time , I call them numerous times finally someone answered andd went ahead and cancelled my subscription its been 4 months and still charging my cc but when i call them they place a refund back but you have to call if not they proceed with the charges hoping you wont notice it or something I will be calling my bank tomorrow to put a stop to this nonsense it really is fraud what they do.....

I did not receive what the intent of my order was. Instead a replacement readily available at no cost from my dr under my insurance plan.
Then to make matters worse, based on their order acknowledgement I received 20 pils instead of 60 plus 10.
When I called, I was told I had received the wrong prescription and a replacement order would go out. Still waiting on the replacement order. Hopefully cancelling any refills they want to send will happen or I will cancel the charge on my cc as fraud.

First of all the product I purchased did not work at all
I tried to contact them by email and they did respond I wanted a refund per the Facebook ad That’s when I got the absolute cold shoulder so I filed with PayPal and it’s in resolution now. I just want my 64.00 back. Be very wary of this company. They say their viagra AGV is the best but I’ve had better Viagra from my dr. This did not work and they automatically enroll you in a subscription
without you knowing it. PayPal cancelled it for me

Service was fine untill I tried to cancel my subscription. That's when everything went off track. Several attempts to reach customer service, never got a hold of anyone. Would not recommend this company.
The reason for this negative complaint…Support person sucked
The reason for this negative complaint is because when I was trying to cancel my subscription...the guy trying to help me thought it was funny to tell me that he isn't going to be talked over when all I asked him to do is cancel my subscription. He kept trying to explain my opinions if I kept my account.
I told him I don't need to know all of this and to just cancel my subscription. (I might have added a few choice words because I didn't want to hear anything but "We are sorry to see you go Sir...and if you ever need our help again, we will be here for you." Now that is a way to possibly bring back a customer later if they need your product again.
NOT trying to explain all of their opinions...
I would NOT recommend this company... especially with all of the different ones currently on the market.
This company falsely advertizes a new and improved Viagra. Thats a lie. They say it is Manufactured only in the USA however it is also manufactured in France. Another lie. They want their pills back at my expense. This is a violation of federal law related to returning to them as the federal government clearly states no medication shall be returned to ensure safety. Score Blue owes me $8.20 for the return of these pills. Customer service is very very rude. Never ever use this scam company. You will be very sorry you did.

Buyer Beware
Liked the product, but not the auto ship they seemingly force down your throat. Very confusing website (likely intentionally so), making it difficult to adjust Prescription. I finally emailed them and cancelled, after also placing a dispute on my credit card for one of their unauthorized charges. Buyer Beware!!
Scoreblue.com is just plain generic Viagra (sildenafil citrate)
Scoreblue.com claims the product works in 15 minutes and claims that it has a unique formulation that makes it last longer. The sildenafil citrate came with the EXACT instructions as other generic Viagra products. It's also more expensive than other generic viagra I've received from Ro and Friday Plans. Their products worked without the misleading advertising. I searched my account page for a way to cancel. You can't do it online. You have to call. Spoke with a representative who said my Rx was cancelled.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Advertised new formula for Viagra. Acting in 11 minutes. What I received was Generic Viagra (Sildenafil) . Label says to take 1 hour before sex. It was several times the price that I can get the same thing at Sam's club.

Total fraud
It took 60 days to receive an email confirmation that scoreblue owed me a refund. They stated they would refund the amount which they never did. They also asked me if I reported this as fraud to my credit card company at one point.
They know after 60 days your bank or credit card co will not let you report fraud. Think they haven't scammed other's before.

Buyer Beware!!
Company doesn’t stand good on their promises to refund if their substandard product doesn’t work. They claim it to be a premium product, yet it’s worse than the generic version. BUYER BEWARE!! Nothing but scammers!! Plus the customer service is non existent, just thrive on getting your order, and not on helping people. Steer clear of this place!! They make you have to contact them to cancel their product, instead of like other companies that can be canceled from the orders page. Nothing good about this company at all, they take advantage of people trying to help themselves.
