Well what i think happen was that i made a purchase with his card on my account, but we also have each others names on our cards as authorized users, like a joint account on a few but not all yet, and i think that was why they banned me, my thing is tho why was this never a problem over the matter of the year and it wasnt a problem from them taking my money and small redemptions was never a problem and were supposed to be a vault member/family, i just feel like i should have gotten a warning way before hand instead of win i won a life changing amount of money, they knew i sent everything and it was all legit but they did not want to pay me and i reached out to the owner and he also ignored me, they were not willing to work with me at all, like i said they couldnt even tell me what term and service i violated

I was a little leary at first about…
