Inspiring teacher and lots of practice

Joshua is an inspiring teacher using lots of examples and helps you really understand the topics taught. Because the course was spread over two sessions there was room to let everything sink in and ask questions the next day. And with the Miro board still available after the sessions you can go back to the subjects and give it another try on your own.

Enthusiastic and enjoyable!

The PSM-AIE course facilitated by Chris Bexon of BAgile was an incredibly informative course and enabled a deep-dive into the use of AI with Professional Scrum at a digestible pace. Overall an enthusiastic and enjoyable session, would recommend.

practical, future-focused AI skills that I can start applying immediately in my work as a Scrum Master

I participated in the virtual Professional Scrum Master™ – AI Essentials class on July 22, 2026, delivered by B-Agile and Scrum.org, and I absolutely loved it. Chris Bexon is an incredibly knowledgeable and engaging trainer who made the topic of AI both practical and inspiring. The course struck a great balance between theory and hands-on exercises, with plenty of discussions and opportunities to apply what we learned in real-world scenarios. With only five participants, the learning experience was highly interactive. The communication flow was excellent, and the Scrum Values were reflected not only in the content but also in the way the course was facilitated and how we collaborated throughout the day. I left the course with practical, future-focused AI skills that I can start applying immediately in my work as a Scrum Master. I can highly recommend this course to any Scrum Master or Agile practitioner who wants to understand how AI can enhance—not replace—our daily work and help us create even more value for our teams.

Very Engaging and Enlightning

Practical Examples, use of AI while exercises were required, theory and history of AI covered but not in a way to get you bored

Well-Structured Training with Engaged Coaches

The PSPO I training was well organized and provided a structured learning experience through a realistic case study of a fictional company. Working through the Scrum process from a Product Owner's perspective helped reinforce key concepts and provided practical takeaways. The coaches took every question seriously and ensured that topics were well understood. While the course was a great foundation and good preparation for the PSPO I exam, additional self-study was still necessary before taking the certification.

Great Scrum.org Training Experience

The Professional Scrum Product Owner course from Scrum.org was truly excellent. The content was delivered in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way, supported by many helpful real-world examples. What I particularly appreciated was the combination of theory, hands-on exercises, and discussions, which made it possible to apply the concepts directly and gain a deeper understanding of the material. The preparation for the certification exam was also outstanding. All key topics were covered in depth, and typical exam questions and scenarios were explained clearly and comprehensively. After completing the course, I felt extremely well prepared and confident about taking the exam. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of the Product Owner role while also preparing effectively for the certification.

Engaging trainer

Engaging trainer. Superb experience. It would be better to have sessions spread with breaks. Participants are working in projects, it gets too much multi-tasking.
