I took the CSM course with Joel Bancroft-Connors and I recommend to anyone trying to get a clear understanding of Scrum Master and Product Owner to take this course. There are many activities that give you the practice in a team setting how you would resolve issues while creating a product backlog and running through a whole Sprint. It's a great way to connect to your scrum master community as well.

Scrum Alliance made it easy to book and attend the Scrum Course that I opted for. Although there was a last minute trainer change, but overall the course experience and certification was good.

I completed a 2-day intensive Certified Scrum Master course with Nino. As a beginner into the world of Scrum, Nino's approach to teaching was perfect for me to grasp the concepts quickly! Concepts explained via analogies helped grasp a clear understanding and Materials were delivered visually using Miroboard. All these elements made it very useful to digest the information better and kept me engaged.
