Hello Tom, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the course you attended. We're sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and that you felt it didn't focus enough on what scrum actually is. Our certified trainers are required to cover specific learning objectives in the CSM course, including the accountabilities within a scrum team and the different scrum events. It's also intended to be a foundational course, although some knowledge and previous experience with scrum is helpful. We'd love the opportunity to learn more about your course experience and how it could've been improved if you could kindly contact [email protected]. Thank you again for sharing this review of the course you attended, and we look forward to hearing from you.
