It was great to meet with leadership…

It was great to meet with leadership from other markets, sharing concerns and wins along the way. The Project Brilliant course is a very unique approach to leadership. My take away was split on how it will work in the healthcare field, but I will defiantly continue to improve on my leadership development using many of the tools gained through this training opportunity.

CSM Community

It would be a better idea to get a community created where all CSM candidates can be a part of and discusses with all senior folks who have prior experience. Basically a community will help

Peter Saddington is an outstanding trainer who delivers exceptional content. The course itself was thoroughly comprehensive, engaging, and worth every moment invested. The certification process is rigorous and the material is highly valuable. However, I need to be transparent about the current job market: it is severely oversaturated. Roles posted for 10 hours receive 100+ applications, mostly AI-generated, creating insurmountable noise for hiring teams. I had an interview, one of the few that my effort has resulted in, and they stated they had received 753 applications! Despite tailoring each resume and cover letter, directly reaching out to HR contacts, and leveraging this certification, breaking through to decision-makers has proven nearly impossible. This isn't a reflection on the course quality or Peter's exceptional training—it's the brutal reality of a flooded market where even top talent struggles to be seen before recruiters burn out from the volume. If you're considering this certification for the knowledge and skill development, I HIGHLY recommend it. Just be prepared for a challenging job search landscape that has nothing to do with your qualifications or the quality of this program.
