Working with Shon

Working with Shon, the details of my request kept changing and I was constantly asking him to revise my order. He was so agile and professional from start to finish. He definitely made me feel valued and I was confident that my move will go smoothly. However, if there are any hiccups, I am equally confident he will help me resolve them with the same level of service! Thank you!

SDC did a zoom review of what I have and worked with me to help me to understand the cost of what I was moving and what it would take to make my move more affordable. They clearly know their business and and are working with me to make this move work for me.

Outstanding Support and Communication

I had an outstanding experience with SDC International Shipping and I would like to give credit to their representative, CHRISTIAN R. From the start, he was attentive and incredibly thorough. We went over all the details of every fee, potential extra cost, and cancellation policy so I knew exactly what to expect. He was in close contact with his overseas team in Germany and kept me updated at every step. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best price and provided excellent service. I felt truly supported. I would recommend SDC and especially CHRISTIAN without hesitation! To Christian: I never write reviews and have never done an International move. I moved to Germany with suitcases to try and build a future there with someone which ultimately didn´t work out. You have been a bright light in a darker time. This is an experience I won´t easily forget. You have my sincerest thanks. -Mike
