The company and Andy the sales manager of this company stopped responding and refuse to return our funds. Bank recall attempts were unsuccessful. All proof—contracts, payment confirmations, and communication records—is fully documented and available. If you are purchasing steel or copper products from Shandong Jinbaicheng Metal Products Co., Ltd, do not send advance wire transfers.
