It took years to find a product in the USA that is clean, transparent, feels amazing and is ethical. My only complaint is they are out of stock of many items which is also a testimony to how great they are. My family use the sunblock, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer. 10 out of 5!

Product Quality Concerns and Lack of Customer Support

I’ve been a loyal customer of your brand for quite some time and have purchased your products multiple times. Overall, I appreciate the quality and have enjoyed using them. However, I would like to share a couple of concerns. On at least two occasions after placing orders, I reached out to your customer service via email but unfortunately did not receive any response. This was a bit disappointing, as timely communication is very important to customers. In addition, I’ve noticed Elysium Perfecting Anti-Aging Serum which I regularly purchase seems to have changed in texture over time. It feels noticeably thinner compared to when I first started using it, which makes me wonder if the formula has been adjusted. I hope this feedback is helpful. I still value your brand and would love to see improvements in customer support and consistency in product quality.

This is absolutely my favorite lotion! It’s the perfect consistency and doesn’t make me feel oily, just perfectly moisturized. And it’s EWG certified so that’s just the cherry on top! The customer service at Sea Kind is also amazing!
