The shipping and updates were fabulous. The product itself is trash. I would not put this hard, abrasive cover on any car that I own. I was so excited to get it too. Way over priced for the quality. It is something I would expect from Temu.

The cover that Seal Skin gave me and said fit my car(2012 Volvo C30 R-Design) did not fit my car no matter which way I pulled or stretched it. Unfortunately I inquired about a refund after the initial 30 days. Seal Skin denied a refund or return.

Do not fall for the "Supreme" marketing or the "Lifetime Warranty" gimmick. It is a complete trap.I live in Los Angeles, and my motorcycle sits fully in the sun. Previously, I had a cheap $26 cover that lasted me a solid 2.5 years in the LA heat before failing. Hoping to buy some long-term peace of mind, I decided to splurge and spend $100 on Seal Skin’s top-tier "Supreme" cover because they advertised a 10-year / lifetime warranty. I thought the extra money would mean a durable product. I was completely wrong.Here is the actual timeline of my experience: - August 2025: Purchased the original $100 Supreme cover. - November 2025: Just 3 months later, it had already failed and completely fell apart. - August 2026: The replacement cover they sent me just failed again. Two of their highest-end covers disintegrated into trash in a single 12-month period. A $26 generic cover outlasted this "premium" brand by years. Why their "Lifetime Warranty" is a scam:When you buy this cover, you think you are protected forever. In reality, Seal Skin charges a flat $30 "shipping and processing fee" for every warranty claim. Paying $30 to replace a defective $100 item that breaks every few months is completely ridiculous. Worse yet, their fine print states the lifetime warranty is "one-and-done." They only replace the cover ONCE per original purchase. They are essentially selling disposable paper covers wrapped in a predatory warranty model. They take your money upfront, lock you out of future replacements, and charge you 33% of the product's value just to ship you more defective inventory. Save your $100 and buy from a legitimate, heavy-duty brand that actually builds covers to survive the sun. I am not going to pay $30 to have a cover that is going to break down again so quickly, and will go back to my $26 2 year cover.

Seal skin cover we bought didn't last but few months....it is peeling and has several holes from normal use. Called to get replacement was told they would ship soon as we paid shipping...still nothing 10 days later they now tell us they don't have one in stock. Won't ever buy another one

Had to resubmit review due to seal skin covers flagging my review. They rather flag a review than stand behind their product. Stay away from this company they advertise what would appear to be custom/ well fitting covers that fit your specific boat or vehicle; as you have to select you boat or vehicle from drop down boxes. What you receive is far from a custom or well fitting cover. I received what appeared to be a previously returned cover that was damp.(probably from the returned cover being cleaned) and missing straps. When I attempting to put it on my boat (that was in their drop downs) it was about a foot and a half short. I contacted sealskincovers and was told I need to send phot proof that it doesn’t fit. I sent the photos and was told that they didn’t have any other covers that would fit better and that they would give send me the straps and give me 10% refund. I declined and advised that I want to return the cover as it doesn’t fit. They replied that even though it’s not covering the whole boat it provides adequate protection and their final offer would be a 15% credit. After a week of back and forth I’ve had to file a BBB complaint and an attorney general complaint to try to get the company to honor their “guaranteed fit promise”. And to be honest the cover isn’t anything special definitely not worth more then $50. . -update- the companies response says they were just trying to find the best possible solution for the customer. I said that I wanted to return the cover many times once I found out it didn’t fit. In the WEEK OF BACK AND FORTH, not once was a return discussed. Just options for me to keep the cover. Be real…. You look for the best solution for your company. Telling a customer that a cover that doesn’t fit is good enough and the best you can do is credit 15% is not looking out for me nor is it allowing me to return it. As far as the quality. Your cover didn’t even cover the boat. Any cover that fits is miles the boat ahead of you. As far as price, your prices are ridiculous for the quality. People should save their money and buy a cheap tarp. It would provide better protection. Update 2- Seal Skin Covers flagged my review again. What an unethical company. Falsely flagging to hide the truth. Who wants to do business with a company like that.

As a result, modifications or unique features on a vehicle can sometimes affect the fit. When you let us know that you no longer wanted the cover, we provided you with another option and offered cashback as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to find a solution that worked for you. Once you confirmed that you preferred to return the cover, we promptly provided you with a return shipping label. My first question to them. Is it heavy? They could not give me the exact answer but said most people thought it was not. I ordered it and was suprised 15 lbs. I am 78 and not very strong. I thought maybe I made a mistake. I opend the box and a few little parts were not there, not a big deal. I did not put it on my car because it need to be washed. I decided to return it because my car is a Mwdium six suv and I didn't think I was able to do it. After 15 of so emails with various directions, and offers I finally returned it. They charged me 20% of the price and I had to pay for return shipping. I thought that was a bit excessive. So no I was not happy about the whole experience,

Cover fit poorly. Plastic grommets are unprotected and will damage car. Customer service representative was rude. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone who has a nice car.

We order 2 covers one for a sea doo 2025 GTI and one for a sea doo 2025 GTX 3 seater the GTI fit great like a glove awsome the one for the GTX fit good in the front but not so good in the rear just pass the seat ,there was alot of material just laying there it held water no way to get it to run of i ended up putting a large kids ball under the cover behind the seat where it had all of the material laying there it did the trick but it seams I shouldn't have to do that other than that the fit was great . Worst fitting cover on the planet. Mine was for a Nissan Z, is big enough for a mid size SUV. Oh..... And NOT waterproof, and God awful customer service. Save your money.
