I initially filed my trademark…
I initially filed my trademark application myself and unfortunately made several errors, which resulted in an Office Action from the USPTO requiring a formal response. A friend referred me to a law firm that specializes in trademarks, but they required a $2,500 retainer just to review the Office Action.

Just like the previous person
Just like the previous person, Rick was patient and informative about the processes. I think like many others I did not get anything in the mail from USPTO and assumed the huge number of e-mail were scams so I was not very receptive to hearing my application was dead. I was being hounded and pressured by other trademark companies but Rick was patient and not pushy with me.
