Hello Mary, We're so sorry to hear you haven't received your order, especially after it was marked as delivered more than two weeks ago. We completely understand how frustrating and concerning that must be, especially when you were excited to receive your new dress only to find that the tracking showed it had been delivered, but you were unable to locate it. That is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers. We were also very disappointed to hear that you felt your emails went unanswered. We pride ourselves on being responsive, understanding, and accommodating, so hearing that was difficult for us. After further review, we can see that you first contacted us on July 24, 2026, at 7:45 AM, and one of our team members replied in less than three hours at 10:24 AM that same day. We also see that you followed up again on August 2, 2026, at 4:52 AM, and our team responded within just five minutes at 4:56 AM. We completely understand that sometimes emails can end up in a spam or junk folder, and we know how frustrating it feels when you believe you haven't received a response while trying to resolve an issue like this. Although we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our warehouse, we take shipping-related issues very seriously and will always do everything we can to accommodate our customers and help work toward the best possible resolution.
