Two weeks and counting with complete silence from support. My account has been broken for half a month, messages and tickets are entirely ignored, and my credits are trapped. Absolutely zero accountability—stay away.
No Customer Service. NONE. My system has been down for 5 days. I have over 2,000 credits and when I go to do a video it tells me I do not have enough credits. The image to model is working but the image to video does not. I have written, left message on the site and almost a week later no reply. This is my business and I am going to have to purchase a plan from another company after purchasing a yearly plan from Sellerpic. DO NOT PURCHASE! No No Customer Service
I was charged even after cancelling my subscription. Ive called, sent email, chatted via their website but no response. I want my refund please!
I have been trying for 3 hours to download videos I have created. I have used their models, my models. You can create a video but they will not download. Overall their entire program only runs smoothly half the time. I would NOT recommend this program
I’ve had a great experience using SellerPic. The platform is easy to use and has been especially helpful for creating professional product and model images for my jewelry brand. I love being able to upload my own products, adjust the placement, and create realistic lifestyle images without having to organize a full photoshoot. The tools are straightforward, the results can look very polished, and it has saved me a lot of time while building content for my website. I’m excited to continue experimenting with the different features.
very nice, very nice, very nice, very nice
Absolutelly amazing!! I recommend to use SellerPic
Tried different AI applications to work with bracelets on models. SellerPic worked very accurately, maintaining the design of the bracelet throughout the process.
The customer support has been wonderful. They get back in the chat promptly and are always very detailed in explaining how to resolve any issues or answer questions. I have loved using Sellerpic. It has been very useful as I have a small business and run it on a tight budget. Very easy to use and customer support is always available.
I am very happy with this app. And I would highly recommend it.

Good support for my issues. Product works well.
Seller pic is worth the money. It delivers high quality realistic marketing deliverables
Easy to generate videos and fast response.. But some difference in faces seen.
Really had a hard time finding a good way to model clothes before I found SellerPic. Photos genuinely turn out great everytime, couldn't recommend them enough!
Absolutely horrific site to use. I mean come ON. I load up a pendant to have an AI model, model, they put the HEAD of the model on top of the pendant, in the pendant and one photo has 2 heads. Shame I can't upload the photos here. I have never seen anything like this and I did nothing, just waited for my image to upload.
