I was very pleased with the process of selling my old phone. There was an issue with my order and my wireless carrier. Justin was very helpful and placed my order on hold until I could get the issue resolved. My order was then put back into the inspection process where it passed and I was able to receive my quoted payout amount.

Absolutely amazing experience! Found them on Google and thought I would give them a shot. I was skeptical but they proved me wrong. I received a USPS label via email. I boxed and shipped on a Tuesday. They received Thursday morning and within hours I had the 'as promised' payment in my bank. Highly recommend!!

They received the device promptly and had lowered the initial quoted amount. I chatted with them about it and they made a very fair new payout for me. Send them my phone in fully working condition, it was always protected and never dropped. They offered initially $200, then I received pic that my phone is not working, pic that disappeared quickly, and offered $10 instead. I call it bs and chit. I would be very careful not to trust them.
