Sellshark provided me with the pre-paid shipping label and I was easily able to ship my iMac (even in its original box, but I made sure to tell the post office it was fragile.) I recieved an email when sellshark recieved and approved my package, and another saying funds would be on its way to my account. Easiest process ever!!! I couldn't recommend sellshark more and I will use them for a while.
iTechshark did what I thought was impossible! I'm pretty savy, however after days of frustration I turned to iTechshark. Zach and his team went above technically and their customer service was "all hands on deck". I received numerous update calls as to progress, and got explanations as they worked their way through the issues. The fee charged was, I thought, very low for the service I received. I HIGHLY recommend iTechshark.
I start using sellshark since 2 years ago and have sold 2 devices so far, and currently selling my third one. All my experience was positive and I recommended to all my friends. Colin is very responsive and helpful, he also responds in 24 hours and no later than 48 hours unless it's weekend.
I had a Mac Mini I wasn't using and wanted to find the best price for it online without having to resort to eBay. SellShark gave me a much better price than any other site, paid for shipping, and sent the payment very quickly once my shipment was received. I wasn't sure what to expect but am thankful I trusted the reviews on TrustPilot and used this site. Highly recommended!
